Where's My Perry?

With what can be best described as an interesting sequel to Where's My Water?, Where's My Perry? is again brought to iOS devices by Walt Disney. Disney are known for bringing their Disney characters to iOS apps with many apps now available across the app store. Phineas and Ferb is not something that has yet to be explored in terms of app form, with Phineas and Ferb Arcade already available on the app store. This concept involving Perry the Platypus is one that fits perfectly. It almost feels like this collaboration was meant to be. I am quite surprised that this hasn't been made sooner.

Playable On
iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad running iOS 4.0 or later

This version of Where's My Water is very similar to the original. The concept is identical, with differences being that ducks are now replaced with gnomes, and some spy related objects have been implemented as traps and other parts of the game. I have to say that the whole look of the game with the high definition graphics, is absolutely fabulous. If you are someone who specifically looks for a game with good graphics, then this is for you. The app is very smooth when run and I am yet to experience any glitches or problems.

Reasons to Buy
Not only does it have stunning graphics, but it also has a good gaming experience as did the original. At only 69p/$.99 it is a bargain for the amount of fun that you will have with this game. All those who played Where's My Water will be aware of what is instore with this version. This game is also Game Center supported which is always a nice extra to have in a game. The controls are very easy to use and are extemely smooth.

Reasons Not to Buy
This is again a paid app which can often put people off, particularly that this will attract younger players who may not be allowed to buy apps. This can cut out a lot of potential buyers. Another reason not to buy this app is that it can often create frustration when you cannot complete a level after many attempts. Another reason is that those that bought the original, may feel that this is too similar to be worth another purchase, similar to the differences between the two versions of Temple Run. I believe that these are the only reasons not to download

Rating
Taking into account the amazing graphics and the fun experience, but also comparing the changes made to the original, I am going to give Where's My Perry four out of five stars.

Summary
A fun app that transforms you back into a kid.
